Pretty funny, yes, but also the least realistic part of the movie. Who the fuck dresses up like a zombie and tries to scare a guy with a shotgun in his lap?

/edit: Least realistic if you disregard the whole zombie apocalypse thing :P

Watched Che's both parts and damn gotta say they were damn good movies, especially the first one, but the second didnt leave me cold either. Was very nice watching a movie spoken in spanish rather than in the same old english. Benicio Del Toro did an impressive performance as Ernesto Guevara.

8/10
Thanks, I doubted if they would be worth watching. But I will now.

I thought it was a chick flick? Perhaps because the only people I know that have seen it are chicks.

From the looks of it, I would rate avatar 0,5/5. i think it looks really really bad.

But then again, I have't seen it, i have no idea about the plot whatsoever.

Avatar, 9/10.

Great effects and an "ok" story. Although it was rather predictable what was going to happen.

It was a bit long, and I needed to pee the whole time.  But it still had a kind of "epic" feeling to it, like Lord of the Rings does, (though I wouldn't say it was that epic).  It was still cool.  3d is weird. I would say just see it yourself, Ted, I thought it would be mediocre, but I did get kinda engrossed.

I hope youre wrong. I would be surprised if i think Avatar is good. The animations look kinda bad too imo. But 3D sounds cool.  Blue elf-like creatures ...  bleh.

Why would you want to dislike something?

I dont know  :-\  Well its good to dislike a movie before you see it , then you have a lower standard and its more likely you like the movie when you first see it. I dont want to dislike it, i simply just dont think its good. Hopefully im wrong  :)

I think it promised too much. As the world's most expensive film ever, it delivers far below expectations. However, still fare better than GI Joe (the previous record breaker), which is utterly disappointing.

Although, cinema/story-wise Transformers is bad, but visually it is stunning. Not the case with Avatar. There is huge lack of creativity amongst Hollywood designers in creating alien creatures. Not to mention all aliens we see are mostly humanoid like, but the greatest depiction of an "alien" perhaps is on the movie "Alien" itself.

Alien (1979) on TV airings
by Ridley Scott
Starring Tom Skerritt, Sigourney Weaver, John Hurt, etc

I think most of you have seen this already. This movie is scary in its true definition. There are a lot of common objects that lacks of common description that humans fear, ghosts, monsters, aliens, but this gonna shift your fear towards the aliens. Its plot is pretty generic for most of outer space science fiction today. Set in the future as always, one of human spaceship is stranded in a planet and they found something there, another spaceship that is full of unknown, and the unknown is the source of the trouble. And there the thrill begins. The alien is so full of malicious that you would not expect a good happy-ending plot with them nor would there any magical "human-alien" relationship with such creatures that is designed to be sooo fearsome.

I gave it decent 7.5/10, this movie is just good. Ridley Scott makes his name in this genre, it thrills me.
