Great video. I used to have problems sleeping as well. However, the army fixed this.
Regularity in eating times, sleeping times and loads of heavy exercise seemed to help. By the end of the night, you're often so tired you'll fall asleep just as your head hits the pillow. You also develop the ability to fall asleep at any time on command.
Typical scenario:
-"5 minute break! Smoking allowed." 30 seconds later you're sleeping leaning against a tree.
Too true, too true. Especially during basic training it was quite common that as soon as we had a break basically the whole platoon just fell asleep ^^
