Sleep like a baby here. Occasionally I dont, because something exciting or bad happened or is going to happen.

If you cant sleep, have sex. If you cant have sex, do the fap-fap thing. Sleep like a baby.

Simple.

Oh. Dont eat sugars, caffeine, theine (the tea-brother of caffeine!) or in general anything containing much of anything at least 3 hours before you try to sleep. Many people dont realise this. And go like 'ohh I cant stop thinking!'. Surprise surprise if your body is feeding your brain with sugars and stimulants.

Haha, nice video, and that is good advice there Dnarag1M.

I feel like writing a rant about this subject but i will just say that whoever takes medication to sleep, don't. Seriously, they are addictive to a point that you can no longer function normally without them. If you really do need to take them for some reason then don't take them every night and never take them for long periods of time. If you do take them every day for a long period (a month or so can be plenty) then your body basicly says "why should i try to put you to sleep when your medication does it, screw you i ain't ever doing it again for you". And then you have a serious problem since your dependent on them like a drugaddict is to meth or coke or whatever.

And i sleep 8 hour nights when i can, sometimes they can be like 6 hours but rarely.

Great video. I used to have problems sleeping as well. However, the army fixed this.

Regularity in eating times, sleeping times and loads of heavy exercise seemed to help. By the end of the night, you're often so tired you'll fall asleep just as your head hits the pillow. You also develop the ability to fall asleep at any time on command.

Typical scenario:
-"5 minute break! Smoking allowed." 30 seconds later you're sleeping leaning against a tree.
