FH 0.7 for BF1942

Just downloaded the Forgotten Hope for Battlefield 1942 because it looks very nice.
I downloaded the 3 pieces and installed them in the correct order. I also have the
Battlefield 1942 1.6 patch. But when I try to run FH, it shows an error that it is searching
for bf1942.exe. I think the bf1942.exe is the file that you use to launch BF1942 but
when I choose that file, it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

I also have a Vista if that could cause the problem

It probably is Vista.

There is a 1.61 Patch for BF1942.

You can run FH0.7 with the 1.6 patch. Done it myself, accidently, yesterday.

Strange.

One thing I do know about BF1942 and Vista, is you have to set it to 'run as administrator'. So that's your first bet.

I have set it to work with Windows 98/ME and also tried to run it as admin but it still doesn't work.
The game doesn't even want to start. I just stay on my desktop

a stupid question, but can you play regular bf1942? otherwise something fundamentaly is wrong

but FH0.7 doesn`t run on Vista at all.
