[HUD] Artillery dials

This sometimes happens with it lags a bit.

I have no idea where those traced lines on the right come from, as I normally don't seem them when the dials are working correctly. Or even the left completely black part of a disk for the matter.

It seems these are hidden when the dials are working correctly, but what's their function?

This is a known and quite old bug that can't be fixed due to engine limitations.

Yeah I had a known (both fixable and unfixable) bug list, it was getting rather long and very tiresome to update so I stopped doing it. I thing a list of unfixable bugs and "this is a feature, not a bug" would be nice. Or atleast a top 20 or so if the thing gets too long.
