The truck is a german Mercedes-Benz L6500.
But I'm very unsure about that #39 beyond.


I usually imagine my own sounds with it, like `tjunk, tupdieyupdiedee` aaa enemy spotted, ratatatataboom

Doing some googling I found the same picture except with a caption:


I think it says something along the lines of "Captured soviet soldiers are happy for the good treatment".
