HUD and chat boxes for proper ULTRA WIDE 21:9

You can see this too clearly even with 16:9, looks awkward when a chat message covers the whole screen.

Would look a lot better for 21:9 as well if the HUD was adjusted to 16:9, which most people have in 2018.
