Been away for years. Maps are not listed for single player and cant join a serve

Been away for a very long time. Decided to see if FH2 was still going and to my surprise it is. I installed BF2 from my disc, downloaded and installed the 1.4 and 1.5 patches as well as the 2 FH2 files.

When I try to join a server, I get a message saying that I do not have the map that is in rotation with the server.
In single player, there are no maps at all to chose from.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I should add that I'm running Windows 10.

Please try and download the FH2Launcher from here, run it and follow the instructions. If you can't log in with your old account, just select <none> and create a new one.
