You probably mean the 762, in which case I would like to direct you over to their forum and inquire your ban from there. We here do not control 762 and thus isnt our business to solve, wether you get kicked or banned from their server.

Head over to http://www.762-ranking.de/site/ instead.

Only it's unnecessary duplicate in the general section was deleted, but as you can see, the one with responses (that I just linked...) is in the Help & Support section.
