OGG Sound of FH2

Can someone help me how to convert the soundfile ogg to a working ogg file?
When got a sound and i will get this into fh2 i convert it with Audacity. But it doesn't work..
Please help  :-\

There is a program called BF2 sound tools.

This converts wav to ogg. Don't know if it can handle other stuff than wav, but if not, just convert your sound files to wav and go from there ;).
