Running BF2+FH2 at 48htz
« on: 25-02-2017, 23:02:23 »
Dear all.

Have MSI GS60 Ghost Pro with 4k screen at 48htz

BF2 was made only to run at 60 htz but was wondering if someone knew how to get it running at native 48htz.

Yours hopefully

Jonathan

This is a shot in the dark, but please look at this suggestion:

Try searching for your Battlefield 2 video.con (usually in documents). Once you find it, there is this line of code: "VideoSettings.setResolution". Try changing the Hz to 48.

Best regards,

Note you have to change the Hz on your "Forgottenhp 2" profiles along with your "Battefield 2" one (if you want to play FH2). Then perhaps you need to change the resolution to 4k (3840×2160 I think).

Do you launch FH2 through the FH2 Launcher? If it crashes again, please take a look at windowed mode and see if there is any crash message. :)

Best regards,
