Unfair Ban and hypocrisy in FH(Not sure if this is the right place for my topic)

To whom it may concern,
I just played a bit FH2 on a map where planes exist. I was german and went to the anti-plane-gun, but one british guy came behind my back and killed me. That happened two times. I got mad and decided to do the same. So I got in one of our planes and jumped out above the british base.When I landed, I killed the guy who was using the artillery twice. But now, this was a problem. I joined the server again, asking why they kicked me ( I wasn't expecting it was the base-killing, since they did the same) and went back to the british base, where I killed the guy once again. One guy then wrote something like "You get the fuck out of our base" and kicked me again, but now this is a perma-ban I assume, since I can't join on the server anymore.
In my perspective, this is really unfair. I mean, how am I supposed to know something is forbidden when the enemy is doing it, too? And I also think that a perma-ban is a bit of a over reaction. My theory is that I killed the admin in the artillery gun all the time and that he got mad...
Well, I really want to get rid of that ban because I really like this game. There is only one server and that means that the game is kind of dead for me now. I think banning players like this is the wrong policy since FH2 hasn't got the biggest community 
If anybody can help me get rid of the ban, that woul'd be nice.
Also, I promise, that I will never kill people in the enemy's base again

Not the right place to complain about your ban. You need to take it to the server owners / admins. FH devs are not responsible for the treatment you might receive on the public servers.

Map in question is Mareth line. DTGB gave an answer on the 762 forums. However, there should be an ABC line where you landed that prevented you from killing that person. I'll see if that can be fixed in a later patch.

The request has been answered, he got 2 warnings by the admin Johnnyfy (1x Warn, then Kick, then ban).
That is why the below accusation is not fitting.

Please refrain from groundless accusations. Same goes for titulations like "hypocrisy".
It is easy to insult, blame and accuse. It is not so easy to grab yourself at your own nose
and ask what your part in that story was. Let alone running and watching over a game server.
I'm quite satisfied with how Johnnyfy handled that situation.

I always direct people to your forum and then laugh at the countless "banned for no reason" topics. Bad admin behaviour happens, sometimes, but bad player behaviour happens on a daily basis and I love seeing those who got banned, accusing people for everything, when in 99% of occassion they are the only ones to blame. Some people just think you cannot prove what they did on the server. Wrong 

On the other hand, dealing with all those people has to be really frustrating. I feel sorry for you when I think about it.

Makes me wonder why some people tend to use those questionable nick names and want to be taken serious? The time I saw that nick name I knew that the ban was most likely justified. Some people really need to grow up

My story is that I said the following phrase on El Agheila, 'AFKers are like Jews - you always blame your losses on them".

Is this even offensive? I wasn't trying to advance Nazi agenda (in this case), my words were actually pro-Jewish! I meant that people had always put the blame on Jews just like computer gamers like to blame lag, cheaters or, what had happened in that match, AFKers.

To be fair, before that, I had killed Boo(Rus) after he had landed his plane, and that was a grave mistake on my part, it angered him greatly. But it shouldn't influence the judgement of my jokes!

P.S. Where can I see the duration of my ban sentence? And is there any chance on probation? The Führer, after all, was released before the end date. Wouldn't the same logic apply here?

P.P.S. Why does 762 ban "National Socialist ideology", if that name is only used by the Nazis themselves?

Afaik someone has to personally activate your account. It might take a while for your forum account to become active.

I'm not sure what the whole story is, but Boo is no longer an admin. Were you kicked for the comment or killing him after he landed? (that sounds like a teamkill to me) But I'm sure there's more to the story. if you want to appeal your ban wait for the 762 account to activate and post there.
