Error Message when opening FH2 launcher

Help Guys WTF, yesterday i was playing normaly, but today i tried to play and this message shows up

There seems to be a in problem in your user.config file. I recommend to delete everything in "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Forgotten_Hope".

ive already erased all the data on the folder and the folder itself but it doesnt work, ive already tried erasing al fh2 data and installing it again but it doesnt work
HELPP!!!
