Stationary gun turret won't move

I just get back playing FH2 yesterday, when the new update is finish downloading I just try to play singleplayer, but i get a problem the bofors and 2 pdr turret wont move, I also encounter the same problem on every map

reset your control settings to default to fix it (even if you haven't changed them)
