it's still there, you can still plant one AP mine (and refill on ammo box), so devs took just half of your fun.

Seelow Heights map is based upon the late stage of the battle?
If not, one Stuka or Tiger I wouldn't hurt... erhm, just to hear/see that KwK 36's 88 deflect from the IS-2's frontal armour... would be "fun".

Partly the reason why we set the ap mines to just "1" was because they were getting extremely spammy.

In my head the east front was 1 year away? Wow!!

And i havent yet read about the fixes.

Mixed emotions, the map and vehicle continues to be great and the  "gameplay tweaks" continues to piss me, as it were the case since 2.45.

Yet on another thought, why should I bother. Those Thursday night where I blew people up with smines on WAW servers are long gone any way...

I knew there'd be mixed emotions about the AP mines ;)

It's not nerfed in any way imo. Just less spammy now. Now every town in France isn't littered with un-exploded ordinance.

Personally I'm happy about the s-mine changes. They're incredibly glitchy and dying by intentionally running through them because they're on stairways where there's no other viable option gets old pretty fast. They're completely broken on the king of the hill maps in particular.

I thought they were best back in the days without indicators, since people actually used them realistically (namely not in high traffic areas where allies were likely to step on them).

two questions:
is the reduction to one ap mine in scout kit performed in every corresponding map or in the upcoming maps only? did someone check the fixes (we've heard of) regarding missing mine icons in 3D map so far?

What will be the total number of s-mines, you can deploy? Will this be kept at 3?
