How to recover an account....

So i just installed Windows 7 64 bit (had 32 bit) and i made a backup of both the User and Program Files folders from C while all my doucments and games on D were kept as well. BUt now i just started FH2 launcher and there are no player accounts to login as... Where would they be in my hard drive and if i deleted them is there any way to recover....

IIRC you have to select <None> in the Launcher (in Account options), then go ingame and retrieve from there: at the startup screen you get an option "Retrieve account".
