Problem when trying to enter a server ranked

Hello again.
Well I make this post because I have a problem, when it came to a RANKED server,
are only on those servers.
Appears when I try to enter a poster telling me
"An administrator has prohibited you to enter or kill many teammates" and it's my first time.
Please could you help me?

Check the 762-ranking.de website, if it is the 762 servers, you are talking about.
Probably you made some teamkills and did not say sorry or something, so you got a ban for a certain time to make sure you do not repeat that.
I am sure they will lift your ban if you state some apology on their website. After all everyone knows that it can get very confusing to distinguish between the player uniforms for any new player.
