Settings problem

Please help! I have settings problem. I do not have blur when i am under fire and red screen does not apear when i am wounded. If anyone know how to fix this problem please tell how.

Its a bug with nvidia cards and AA setrings. You must run with the AA settings off for this to work im afraid.
