Looking for a safe and fast way of paying online

So, I'm looking for a service that would let me easily buy stuff from eg. Steam and other online stores. Up to now, I've used Moneybookers (or Skrill or whatever it is now) but since they changed their system and fucked me in the ear, I say goodbye to those suckers. What I need is something that let's me purchase the stuff I want by directly moving the funds from my bank account to the receiver. No credit cards, no online wallets.

Get a debit (prepaid) card from your bank. Many banks today offer "Web prepaid cards" (usually a Visa or MasterCard). Some even give them without additional membership fees if you're a student. Coupled with online banking/mobile banking (or even without it, if you live near the bank ) you can have the funds transfered and ready for buying in a matter of minutes. And it's perfectly safe, as long as you only transfer the funds when you're about to buy something...

You don't even need Paypal or other "online wallet" services that way, as Visas are accepted pretty much everywhere for online shopping, and if you only keep a small amount of cash on it, even if you get hacked you only lose a few bucks...

1. Get mastercard/VISA

2. Link mastercard/VISA to paypall account. With this, you never pay with your credit card details, but with your paypall account.

Should any fraud happen, paypall will take responsibility

Hm, I guess I'll have to contact my bank and get a debit card then.
