This looks...very promising.  I did some sleuthing, and found that the plot is essentially this:

The boy's horse is sold to the cavalry.  He enlists to go after it.  The horse ends up serving on both sides of the war, and is shown doing so (judging from the trailer and the casting, it looks like the Germans WON'T be evil villains, YAY!).  Eventually, they are reunited in no man's land, or something to that effect.

Actually looks REALLY good :O

will definatley see it. looks indeed good. shame on you people who underestimate horses!

however im still waiting for a good and realistic movie about a tank crew. that would be awesome. havent seen a good one yet. i heard there is one being planned, but thats some weird stuff about fighting demons in Tiger II  :P

This movie looks good even if it has this sort of "Disney" feel to it cause of the horse. I'll see it.

When was the last time we saw a good war movie that wassent about some goddam romance? That was about a battle, or the men of a certain unit?

iu wouldnt care if its about a war on the moon, it IS silly, i would watch saving private ryan and jugde it 10/10 before an animal movie! /rant off
