Is there an update on the forum skin?

Please...bring back the dark.

We're working on it. If it bothers you that much you can already set the "Forgotten Hope" forum skin in your profile options, though some buttons may be missing.

I donno about you guys, but I'm still using the original dark skin.  Here, I'll prove it to you.

The new ForgottenHope Theme is now the default Forum Theme, since it is already close enough to the old look.
It is still not as nice as the old Theme used to be (smf skins are a LOT of boring work), but we will continue to apply updates

If you liked the white Theme:
* click PROFILE on top
* click MODIFY PROFILE / LOOK AND LAYOUT in the bar above the summary
* click CHANGE next to current profile
* click USE THIS THEME next to the SMF Default Theme / Curve

Btw, there are still so many obvious layout things that needs to be changed, so Bugreports are not really needed yet.

I prefer pastel colours as well, shame it's so much work to create a theme otherwise we could have a dark and light FH version.
