My GP Project

Well at my school today we started the dreaded GP (graduation project) today. And as such I must come up with my topic relatively soon so I can get it approved. Now I've narrowed my choices down to doing curriculum extension in the form of either designing a website using flash (since I've almost completed my web design course) or researching a lesser known WWII battle/topic.

Now seeing as how this is a WWII forum I am wondering if there are any good topics I can sink my teeth into for the next 5'ish months. It has to be a lesser-known topic, something that wouldn't be covered in a high school Euro history course and must have a decent amount of information.

Subhas Chandra Bose, leader of the Indian National Army and Provisional Government of Free India, recognized by the axis powers and seeing WW2 as an opportunity to free India from British rule with axis help. Here

German design practices during WW2-why so many of the designs were unreliable, overambitious failures. (maybe a thesis?)

I guess you could find the info on planes and tanks on your own; I'm not doing all your legwork for you.  ;)

As a Finn I naturally have to recommend something finnish  :P

I just read a couple of books about him and he was a pretty interesting soldier. First an officer in the Finnish Army, then in the German SS and finally an officer in the Special Forces of the US Army.
