No, it is not a war memorial.
I know it is not a memorial, but a grave. For me it is as symbol of the dead ones.

Very nice pics, lush green conifers against a clear blue sky is one of my favorite landscapes so I love how it looks. The craters in the graveyard actualy remind me of All Quite in the Western Front.  :P

And since it is a very region specific static, it twists my heart whenever I see people use it as a common shed on other maps.  :P

Too bad all that milk has gone to waste and left to spoil in the hot summer sun. ;)
