Because of engine limitations, you can't make heads explode like melons.
I feel it would have been wrong to have it in the game also, since it's banned and all.

Well, my intention wasn't really for heads to explode like melons  ;D.

When I've been sniping before, I sometimes hit someone without killing them - I'm thinking the explosive ammo could be a guaranteed kill at all distances.

It was used somewhat commonly on the Russian front, so I guess it could be included into the game on those grounds.

My apologies if I've team-killed you.

Sorry.

Is there any chance you might release it unpacked for editor, or screenshots? Verdun is amongst the most elaborate maps of 2142.

We don't release WIP or unfinished maps. And I guess I could make screenshots, although I'm really not sure what you expect. Unlighted and unpolished BF2 maps tend not to look very spectacular.

The theme of Verdun is the most powerful of all in 2142, and the best choice for a total conversion.

But I know a good deal about how maps on the editor look. I'm more interested how you handled the wall sector. Center area.

Gah, I hope they restart modding with 2143. It is hard to imagine my 6y/o designs for it becoming waste.

IIRC Natty put the siegfried line in the centre, so there were lots of dragon's teeth and a concrete at ditch.

I think there shoud be on African front this:Sdfk with attached Flak88. I know attachmenst are abanded in FH2 but like PaK which sometimes you can move Flak shoud have the same thing. This wepon shoud be limited like tanks. So Flak attached on Sdfk and you cant disattached it.Veliche life can be little more than usually Sdfk. What do you think?

If only we had SdKfz 9, then we could have the "8.8 cm FlaK 18 (Sfl.) auf Zugkraftwagen 18t (Sd.Kfz. 9)" which was an actual thing (15 conversions made in 1940, dunno if any went to Africa).

EDIT: Apparently there was also "8.8 cm FlaK 18 (Sfl.) auf Zugkraftwagen 12t (Sd.Kfz. 8 )", 10 made in 1939, served in Poland, France and Eastern Front.

Gotta love the short and simple German vehicle names ;D

Assuming I've interpreted this correctly, this has been fixed.  However there are probably other maps with out of date vehicle lists.
