Invasion of Crete. The only fun on this map is the paradropping part. Playing british is really boring and the map itself is not up to FH2 standards, in fact its dog ugly.

Operation Totalize. Just because its so friggin overplayed and now I pretty much auto disconnect on it. Also I dont really like the layout, it doesnt look realistic. The statics are placed very nicely but the heightmap is too arcadish.

Operation Luttich. I hate this map. Its the second most overplayed map and its gameplay is always the same due to the generic mirrored layout.

Aberdeen -

Olympus - driving for 10 mins and get blown up by a camping AT rifle, meh

Bardia, iirc, has a 88mm guns for the Italians wich should be teamlocked.

No shit, if the devs tell me, i would do a remake of it, i dont care.

But that wont happen.

alricht. I slept one night to think about my top 5 worst map. So here whe go

Anctoville:
why?: because ( like more people say). It ends up in en bottleneck on the early stage. the map looks real nice. but the Brits never come far because there are only a limit of ways to attack from. the only hope is that a squad leader sneeks trough and deploys his men behind the enemy lines, so that they can take another flagzone behind the lines and let more teammates spawn there. but 9 of the 10 times this plan fails because the squardleader dies or the Gemans act quickly and recapture the lost ground before the Brits can get enough man to hold there ground. the second problem is that the Germans ( if it comes to that stage of battle) got better tanks and that the attackers ( Brits) doint have the weapons to break through. giving them a Churchil tank in the begin wil perhaps inprove the situation.

Ramelle Neuville
Why: The German Tiger tank  is the real problem. They make way to much kills and are way to strong.
some players score over 80 kills or more with that thing. the American can attack it with every thing they got. but the effect is way to low. the Tigers gun can fire way to effective. I never got a change to drive in one of them when I play on the German team because everyone runs to it at the first moment of the game. One time I was able to men the hulls MG. I scored 14 kills in les then 5 minuts. The  map itself looks real nice and there is nothing wrong with the rest of it. It are only the anoying Tiger that make the map really bad to play.

MOUNT OLYMPUS
Why: The battle itself never seems to go nice or confincing. There is never a really good looking frontline there you can fight. You just pick a tank or truck and drive the whole end. to be shot by  some hidden AT weapon. I don't know a good solution for the map, to inprove the combat.

Mareth Line
Why: the map is really nice, there is only one problem in my eyes.  The maps combat zone got dominated by the aircraft. none of the team got a good amound of mobile AA weapons to protect there weapons, This happens on the last stage of battle when the German only got the town in the nord-east left. only one AA weapon is there ( placed on a bad spot). One aircraft destroois it all the time and kill the engineers standing next to it, so that the rest of the allied plains can kills the pzkw tanks all the time.

Tunis
why: It ends up in bottlenecks with Grenades dominating the battleground. You can only spawn, kill or be killed and spawn again.there are les options to Flank a postions ( take e window to fire from or someting).
Making some routes open, wil inprove this.

Again in really bad spot. Only use I have never found to that 88 is to sneak to it with brit and bblow tiger when it tries to go out from gabes. It's got really limited view to sky.

I think for Ramelle the devs have to stop trying to be faithful to the movie. A few AT guns would be nice and an earlier spawning American tank would be great too.

Anyway about the map which I think is beyond repair....Tunis. This map is FULL of bottlenecks and it is really repetitive, and has WAYYYY too many tickets. The map just ends up being super repetitive. I think we have several inf maps which are much better than Tunis.

Bardia - All ways hated this map. It also feels very outdated and looks ugly, especially incomparison with some of the later Desert maps.

Mount Olympus - I haven't got anything against this map. I just haven't played it enough to miss it.

Operation Aberdeen - Just a really lacking map. It doesn't even work well as a tank oriented map when there are much superior ones available such as El Al and Gazala.

Operation Goodwood  - Shock horror! I used to love the map, but it looks and feels a bit dated next to other Normandy maps available like Cobra, St Lo and Lebisey. I also feel it lacks that trademark detail and quality FH2 is so well known for.

Operation Hyacinth - Again, not that I don't like that map. I've just never had the chance to play it properly or frequently. Infact I recall enjoying it quite alot in the past. But it just doesn't play a big enough role in my FH2-gaming experience to worrent me missing it.

Goodwood was a very diverse map in FH1. This one is a bit ye...light skinny, i dont know how to rephrase it

This map misses alot=Churchill tanks/crocodiles for starters
And many more

I've only voted for one map: Operation Aberdeen

This is the one and only map i truly dislike, every other map is fun to play atleast occasionally or has something good about them. But aberdeen looks, feels and plays like crap. It feels like a map randomly thrown together as a test map in the early stages of FH2 and I could do without it.

Surely there are a few maps i like less than others, for example alam halfa, supecharge and siege of tobruk but like i said these maps Are fun to play from time to time and add variety, whilst aberdeen just dosent cut it.

Before I voted I didn't think bad of Aberdeen. I rememberd it to be quite nice. But after playing it on the FH12 Gaming Night I see why everyone hates it. Now I wish I could re-vote for Aberdeen. This map is just very bad in every aspect.

Anctoville: The map has a very boring gameplay, don't really know why.

Gazala: A little bit too spacey for my style.

Mount Olympus: I've disliked this map since the day it was released. Despite the numerous changes made to the map Olympus is my most hated map in the European theater.

Aberdeen: Has potential, the tank balance just sucks.

Supercharge: Same as Aberdeen, if the Brits are even at an average level it's almost impossible for the Germans to advance.

Edit: What is it with all this hate towards Tunis? That map is just plain awesome!

I would much rather a FH1 Operation Goodwood remake.
