That’s a nice photo of 6th Armored Division’s 15th Tank Battalion “Wolfpack.” You can see the red, blue and yellow triangle with a wolf’s head marking towards the rear. And they always seemed to use large white numbers on their vehicles.

If you make a fictional Kummersdorf map where we bend history and say the Maus fought against the Russians then I’d love to see one. It can have it’s top speed of 8mph and be a slow moving pillbox until an IL-2 ends it 8)

Soldier’s of the US 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Armored Division and 47th Infantry Regiment, 9th Infantry Division inspect a Vichy French FT-17 named “Le Lorraine” in Safi, Morocco after taking the city on the 8th of November, 1942. Part of Operation Torch.

How about selectable sub-sonic/normal ammo on the usual auto/single fire mode key ?

Idk if it's possible to do it like that 'cause the two guns codes would be so different; one has to "overheat" a lot quicker and then the projectile has to act differently etc... I guess maybe someone with lots of coding knowledge could figure out a way, but it might be more work than it's worth. Plus you'd have to make the fire select animation an actual animation of the character unloading one set of rounds and loading another.

At the end of the day, idk if anyone would use it. It's a very rare weapon and used in a kit that kinda represents a soldier who would've carried subsonic ammo when going on patrol. It'll probably be a meme weapon that you should be proud to get a kill with if you ever do ;D

I’m not sure what kind of coding magic would be needed to make this happen unfortunately. Some sort of python I’d guess.

It would be neat, since Red Orchestra and Rising Storm basically do the same thing where once you run out of ‘tickets’ the rest of the people on the map need to fight it out. But those games have timers that make the round end even if you can’t find the enemy and kill them.

I can imagine that in BF2 there’d be some problems with bots that are maybe stuck at the main base and you can’t go kill them so the round goes on indefinitely. The way it is now is probably the best way for it to work properly.

Hey, sometimes bots don't work with certain weapons and I think the 20mm is one of them. So they're removed in the singleplayer mode. That's probably why the layers are different.

Imo, this map is really only good for around 40 or less players. It'd suck to see it leave the server, :-\ but maybe it could be a 32 layer only and pop up when there's 40 players or less on the server.

Objectives in general are too easy. It'd be nice if it could be coded like other games, like Rush in Battlefield 4 etc... where you 'plant' an explosive (walk up to the objective and press a button that gives you a timer to place it) and then give the Italians a chance to 'defuse' it before it explodes.

Idk if that's possible tho :(
