Can't tell from the trailer but I hope the artillery has some sort of indirect fire mechanic and isn't just dumb fire and hope for the best. I would love to be able to use the soflam camera to direct artillery fire. Don't know if this is possible though.

Battlefield 4? How about we stick with Battlefield 3 for now.

New armoured kill footage.

You should try a clean boot of the PC and play some rounds. See if it makes a difference.

Australians replaced the AUG? Looks like a HK417. Maybe SAS?

27-0 on Caspian last night in the LAV. Didn't even need to be repaired once.

Does this mean I'm good with the LAV?

Hell no, the "pilots" on the other team were just completely useless... ;)

Wait a I posting this in the right place??

Loudest folks are the ones who haven't even played it. Go figure.

It's plenty of fun on good sized maps like Caspian, Kharg, Gulf of Oman. Even smaller maps can be fun if you find the right squad. Yesterday I played a round with 3 randoms and we all worked together, repaired each others vehicles attacked and defended the same flags it was brilliant. As long as the teams are balanced there will be plenty of epic fighting going on because the maps are designed well.

With a decent referee Spain would be going home now. Croatia did a lot of things right today. Great performance and their fans can be proud.

That was shit. Not unexpected though. We have a piss poor defence so we never stood a chance.

They won by dominating the match, dictating the tempo as they will by possessing the ball, thus the seemingly flurry of short passes without attacking progress. The beauty is the number of connections they make, even difficult passes made it through!

Poor defending wise, Puyol wasn't there. But even with Puyol, Spain's defense is already poor as it is, all of their defenders were part of the passing systems, so when you are on the attacking momentum, the defenders have to come forward to maintain the pressure. But, when the chain breaks there, it is over, if Pique or Ramos can't outrun the attacker, only Casillas is left.

Last time, the Germans weren't able to figure it out and try to face it using their rigid style, the Netherlands got frustrated and played rough instead. But Italy was able to read the game, try to disrupt the harmony, and wait for their chances.
Won? Anyway they did not dominate the match. They had 60% possesion but Italy had as many shots on goal as Spain. They created barely any chances until Torres came on even with all that possession. Like I said passing to pass the ball around.

Spain may have trouble finishing it off, but man o man did you see the gameplay between players. Tick-tac-tock they are passing it around like a pinball machine. Beautiful to see. And Torres, it seems like he has the football equivalent of a writers block. Was that really the best he could do against Buffon  :(
Sorry I do not find it beautiful any more. It has come down to passing for passing sake and no intention to create a chance and score a goal. The ball by Silva was brilliant and resulted in a great goal by Fabregas. Lengthy periods of the game there was almost no intention to score though, but just to pass the ball around. The lack of a target man up front might have something to do with it Some bad defending on the Spanish side gave Italy a few great chances, can't believe they missed them as it's so unlike Italians to waste such chances. Torres missing twice is not surprising in the least but it did show that with a striker you at least get chances to score.

It's all a ruse!

Now the German team is all like 'hah, they couldn't even beat Denmark, this will be a piece of cake!' and then.. BOOM! Huntelaar on front and Robben being a team player! I can dream, let me dream!

And to be honest, I do not care that much who wins but I just LOVE Netherlands-Germany. It is the most iconic match for me  ;D

I also see Zoo still has a deep hate against the Dutch team, still as bad as in 2010?
Germany was far from impressive. They were lucky with two balls hitting the woodwork and Gomez scoring from a deflected cross. They have nothing to brag about sofar. Definitely going to be interesting wednesday.

We didn't play that bad actually. I was expecting much worse. Still if you have 28 shots/chances and only 8 are on target and none of them a goal than you can only blame yourself even if it was a clear penalty in injury time. Denmark played the best they could, were a bit lucky but in the end scored a goal and thus deserved the win.
