I'll keep an eye on things; I'm sure I'll be around when I'm 65

Goddammit I meant to say Hope not home...anyway, as for the second part of the message...damn.

Is there any hope that one of the upcoming updates will include a 'Pacific map/maps'?

That's good to know: that co ax MG is very useful in 'clearing out' those pesky infantrymen.

I have just noticed, in a couple of maps (Cobra and 'Hurt Again Forest') that the Stg III SP guns no longer have a co axial machinegun for the gunner to use? Am I mistaken or do I need to re-calibrate my keyboard?

It worked! I landed at Omaha with 7000+ on both sides; after three hours of glorious silicon carnage we finally captured Vierville and won the match.

Is THAT what auto balance means? I thought it had something to do with the keeping your weapon on target ;-)
Anyway, given I have played the Eastern Front Maps using 'Co Op' what do I do to change the numbers/odds?

I'm sure I've asked this before but I cannot find the thread so here it goes again:

Where do I change my bot count in SP? I am now being vexed by being an attacker in maps like Keren, Point Du Hoc and Omaha Beach. Is there a way to change the numbers for the attack so they totally overwhelm the defender? IE: go from nearly even odds to say 3 or 4 attacker for every defender?

Nearly a decade later, can I use this in FH2?

There are also pick-up kits that have an ammo box that you can drop next to a tank to slowly resupply it. The kits show up as a box with a rifle on top of it, but I don't remember if any are present on Hurtgen forest.

I have seen those boxes on other maps so I know exactly what you mean--I just never knew what exactly they were for. Kind of unfortunate the 'stand by the halftrack' trick doesn't work for tanks like it does for soldiers.

Won an SP round as the Americans on the 'Hurt-Again' Forest Map but it was a VERY close run thing; the REALLY decisive factors were the half tracks and the Sherman tanks but I started to get into trouble when my Sherman began to run out of HE ammo for the main gun and ammo for the .50 and the Co-Axial and hull machine guns.
Is there any way we can 'resupply' our tank?

Thanks ahead of time.

Well I am HAPPY to report I was able to finally defeat the Italians, using my time honored way--cheating!
I signed in to SP on the Axis side and killed every Eye-Tie I could see...and even then it was very close run thing for the British.

Is there a way for engineers to clear a path thru the mines and allow thanks to go up and over some of the pathways?

Not to mention, the cruisers and matildas don't have HE shells for their tanks nor do they have 'hull gunners'. Italian infantrymen are proving to be a very troublesome obstacle.
Blame British doctrine, they never used HE shells.

Funny you mentioned this today, Brits got stuck on their way to Keren for about a month exactly 80 years ago.

I'll just have to try again I guess; I had something favoriable but close run in the Alam Halfa map. We captured the last British flag when we were at 50 and they were at 400...luckily their counter finally wound down to zero and we were able to survive with 38 points.

The terrain in terrible; no wonder Mengistu has such problems with the region.
