K98s could be refitted with a Grabenmagazin which hold 20 rounds. These were rare however and afaik more of a ww1 thing.
That 7 round magazine I've never heard of, prob. something the devs made up like that holosight on the BAR.

Gotta say, love how they reload the scoped Springfield via stripper clips and the K98s with magazines.

There's someone selling one on egun (a german guns and militaria auction site), though seperately.

He's charging 100€ for the shell and 350€ for the complete projectile without explosives.

Though the condition isn't the best

The Sten MK V submachine gun is an improved version of the MK II Sten Gun which has been altered to make a more quality version of the Sten Gun.
One of the changes made to the Sten was the inclusion of a wooden foregrip for better recoil control. The foregrip however was mostly seen in a bad light by the british soldiers, as the grip was known to be rather unstable. Thus most soldiers decided to remove the foregrip and/or hold it by the mag well.

The british paratroopers in Forgotten Hope 2 are some of these foregrip critics, portrayed historically correct in game.

However, with my custom animation set, you can be a non conformist and be one of the few soldiers actually
using the foregrip on the Sten MK V. ;D

I've tested online play and I haven't run into any problems.
There is an installation guide included in the file and if any questions or problems rise up, feel free to ask. :)

As Ts4EVER said, the M1 Carbine uses a different ammunition, specifically the .30 Carbine ammunition, whereas the Garand uses 30-06 Springfield. Other than the diameter, both cartridges have very little similarities.

Here you can see the differences, the 30-06 is a much bigger and more powerful round than the .30 Carbine, which is reflected pretty nicely ingame. The .30 Carbine is pretty much a slighty stronger Tokarev round in terms of damage.

Luftwaffe, 12 years, Instandsetzung, Feldwebel.
Plan B is to go back to my normal job, Plan C is still unclear yet,
Will start in August in Heide, it's planned to start my duty as a Feldwebel 2019 in Büchel.

Good luck :) I was in the Marine for two years as Marinesicherungssoldat in what is now the Seebatallion.
My time in the army was a blast, I hope that'll be the same for you too  ;)

Thank you!  :)

I purposely didn't make the reload like that because the Carcano is reloaded with an en bloc clip,
just like the M1 Garand. Plus I wanted to make animation just as long as the normal animation of the Carcano,
so there aren't any synchronisation errors online by replacing the animation.
Thats why the animation is rather fast.

Thank you, that really helped me alot!

I reanimated the Carcano to reload via stripper clip. Since the animation is as long as the stock animation, would it be possible to use it online client sided or will I be kicked from the server?

EDIT: I meant en bloc clip  ;D

Hi, I'm trying myself at animating first person animations and I already got the basics down through a video tutorial. Though in that video there is a first person hand model layer on top of the skeleton and I wanted to ask if anybody knows where to get these hands from?
They're making it quite easier to animate  ;D

Bug Reporting / Browning Hi-Power
« on: 18-02-2016, 20:02:48 »
The Browning Hi-Power pistol in the squad leader kit in Purple Heart Lane for the germans seems to be bugged, as it is completely invisible. I don't know if its just my game, but somebody could check that.
It's pretty hard to aim with an invisible gun  ;D
