FH2 Help / Support / Crashing!

I have been able to play FH2 flawlessly for months up until today. Now every time I try to start the game, my screen stays black indefinitely unless I press the escape key. Upon exiting I find the FH2 report crash message. Any help is appreciated!

I am running it on Windows 7 64-bit   most people can't seem to get FH2 to work on Windows 7 but it has worked for me for a long time... The solution offered in the sticky thread on this topic screws me up even more.

Hello all.

I seem to be experiencing extreme amounts of lag whilst playing Forgotten Hope 2, which in my opinion should not be happing. You see, I am running the game on a brand-new Alienware M15x laptop with nothing else installed except BF2 (obviously) and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. This is supposedly one of the most powerful gaming laptops on the market and I see no reason why it should lag when playing FH2. It can run BF2 on the highest settings effortlessly...

Any help would be appreciated

In the Kiwi air base there are 2 tents where you spawn. If you look at them outside there doors the one on the right has  2 trees to the right of it. the closer one is placed about a inch off the ground.

Sorry I couldn't get a SS it wouldn't let me :-[

Right so I recently got FH2 and I must say it's brilliant!

I have just one small problem
My game doesn't have all the maps
According to FH2.com I am missing Falaise Pocket, Lebisey, Operation Totalize, Purple Heart Lane, Bardia, Sidi Rezegh, Alam Halfa and Mareth Line. I am also interested in getting the new Mount Olympus map, but I can't seem to find an area to download it. Any suggestions
