Sidi bou zid 16 is great! Nice job there.

Suggestion: How about Op. Cobra16 - tank only? So fight will be around Farm flag that will now have big cap radius. You cant get out of vehichle, but you can still repair and spot from other seats in tank. I think,as this is tank orientated map, this would be cool and good map for testing this new gamemode.

Yes,understand. Im always go ingame and little walk around to see how it looks.
Definitely, atmosphere will be awsome if finished,really alps. But Im still afraid how it will be under 100 ppl.

Edit; also if gameplay wasnt good, I can expand map to right.a lot space there for incorporate gamemod like sidi bou zid  if this sammatus fails

So, can I still get full ammo if I leave the mortar I have deployed and then immediately redeploy it?
Wait, doesnt this destroy realism,teamwork and usefullness of ammo kit or truck?

I would be hapier if next patch  is only about improving teamwork, getting mumble, proper repair,medic,ammo points and proper commander THAN new maps and vehicles. Believe  me.

Edit: sry for getting old thread up again :P

Did you ever taught of making Meuse also as 1940 map -named "Crossing of Meuse" , french holding flags. Maybe stupid, and time-consuming  almost as new one

Any chance you guys import Defiant for Battle of B   and Panzer38 for Dunqirq from FH1?

The situation went from being relatively stable to shitty when the US-led Coalition "Accidentally" bombed SAA positions and killed a number of them, almost an instant later ISIS launched an attack and managed to seize more territory, even cutting the SAA forces in half, as it stays right now.

True. reports that siege is lifted!


FHT version of BoB, while also being scaled down a lot, at least was based on an actual terrain, it was focused around air engagements and felt less crouded, since players were spreaded out around the huge flag zones, and not just a few tiny objectives, what added a little bit of realistic feel into it:

but is there chance ,you CMP guys, for polishing and including this mainly fighter version of BoB -and removing bf1942 version? Maybe just to ask would you like to do it?

IMO, problem is engine which was NOT made for ww2 game but modern combat. That is seen on physics of airplanes who fly like jets and overall all FH2 wepons are ,because game engine , very strong and precise. On that BoB map, look how german bombers are useless, in whole game just few kills; look how bomber gunners cant do absolutely  nothing but die lol. British airplanes are taking bombers like candies. Bf1942 is from start ww2 game and in air maps bomber gunner were very usefull to a line were one side had only bombers and other side fighters.  Plus that bf1942 version of BoB I DISLIKE very,map is super small at the moment and with low viewdistance IMO.

I dont know, maybe all this is posible to fix, but at moment Im not fan of air map.

EDIT: that was for bomber version mostly.  Now some fighters vs fighters BoB/ Kannalkampf with Dover cliffs in view... yep.

-Can 30 or more waterfalls be put on map,performance?

Have one problem that might force me to change to map idea B: this river that is going from up there in hills down... I mean, at Dukla situation was bit easier as sloppiness was lesser than mine.And all that waterfalls

Now here I got idea so I need to ask first two things
-How are waterfalls acting? Are they static effects so you can choose waterfall_2m or waterfall_5m? If are,  can they be put/rotate in any kind position in x,y,z coordinations?
-Is it possible to model/make new water effects? Is it complicated? And can they be made as example ; effect_5m so they can be rotate in any kind position?
