2.46 changelog for Operation Hyacinth 16

• The MG15 was replaced with the Breda.
• New sniper pickup kit for the Italians - the captured Pattern rifle + the usual Italo-German stuff.
• All commander artillery removed.

• increased ticket bleed from 10 to 30 per minute
• limited Italian AT grenades to 1 per kit
• added pickup Breda M37 in Barce
• added limited alternative rifleman kit with M38 carbine and grenades
• removed grenades from regular Italian rifleman kit
• removed spotlights in the Italian main base
• removed mortars on both sides
