As long as you you're not going to release it anywhere and will do that for your personal use, you can. Otherwise, prepare your anus.

Well, sorry for making it look like I was joking, but you simply can’t port any of the FH2 content without devs permission.

In fact, I posted in there. That being said, we generally do not want our content to be used by other mods without some sort of trade. Since I doubt you have anything of value to us, that is the end of it. Remove that content from Steam.
