Title: I would rather like to join a clan.
Post by: AlexS66 on 29-03-2011, 19:03:52: I've been playing FH2 for a couple of years now, and i love the teamwork and camaraderie of the battlefield. I feel the last step in my immersing into the game is to become part of a clan.

We are going for teamwork, pub surfing with our squad, getting into matches with other clans, etc. Not highly disciplines, as long as you show your face. It's in start up phase, we are trying to get some more members and then hit the public servers en masse to have some fun.

Obviously we also do other games, doesn't really matter what game, as long as we can play it together.

Post by: Paasky on 29-03-2011, 22:03:57: A small step is joining a clan, the last step is joining one of the tournaments ;) I've been at WaW since Fall 2004, and ever since pubbies have just been.... boring.

www.bfewaw.com - Sign ups have just opened two days ago.

Basic jist of it:
- 32 vs 32 for 11 hours on one map, with a commander on both sides, and 5-7 squad commanders on each side, all on Teamspeak.
- When you join, you are assigned to either Allies of Axis. There you join a company who will be your battle buddies for the next 16 weeks.
- Teams pre plan what equipment they want to bring, what strategies to use, which squad goes where.
- You are under no obligation to play any more or any less than you want to. Only thing you have to do is join TS & ask if there's room on the server.
- If you're vocal and have good skills, you'll climb the ranks, maybe even lead your own squad.
- You can hop on TS any time and join your squad, team, or WaW buddies in pubbieplay, some other game, or just to chat.
- If you have any problems or questions, ask just about anyone on TS and you'll be sure to get assistance very quickly.

And if you are not only interested on FH2 you can also join our PR clan or the ARMA campaign or any of the other great games played...You play a game? Make a post and find more to play with you ;)

I'll have a look and see if i can obtain more information. I will also look into tournaments i have just been quite busy recently with revision and have not had the time to look.
