Be happy, i have to do language exams to work in my own country, they are paid for by my employer though.
The problem with Asians is (according to my Australian cousin, who is head of accounting in a multinational) that your resumes are written so perfectly that they simply don't believe them. often they come showing up with the perfect document in English that is of a higher level then the local populus but then when they interview them they have to abort it since in reality they cant speak it even half decent.

Nah, its just a lottery, sometimes it turns out as a snack, sometimes as a 3 day feast.

175 cm, 80 kg guy, a meal is like 150 g pasta, or 1/4 of the 500 g box contents + 25 sticks of normal sized Spaghetti or Bavette / Fettuccine.

Never tried to cook the bite-sized though, like Penne, Rigatoni, Fusilli, and such.

What do you guys like most?
I always take Capellini with my bolognaise sauce since i find spagetti to thick. Or Lasagne ofcourse, but then i add a white sauce on the top before grilling.
I prefer penne rigata for things like mac and cheese and the farfalle for when i do it with pesto and parmezan.
Fusilli is good just plain while tagliatelli is great with spinach or fish.

Chart so you know what i am talking about.

I just learned me the habbit to always put my pasta in a small bowl before cooking it. When it's flat full, I know it's the normal 1 meal amount, when i put a small hill on it, i'm really hungry.

In my opinion, linguini are simply unsurpassable when it comes to pasta. As for the amount, I am usually starved when I eat this dish in the eveining after work, so the more the merrier is my motto regarding the quantity. I never had any leftovers.

Facts need figures and sources.

Also, wouldn't high-ranking military officer usually stay away from the frontline if they were not Rommel type?

For those who are interested, here's a video of Victorian era British infantry drill.

I love the bayonet stances for defending and attacking a trench, as well as defending against cavalry!
