It appears to me that the tank is listed on page 10 of the Surviving Panthers PDF.

This is real you can tell from the tiny flashes on the camera screen after the explosion, that means it's radioactive.
Probably an Israeli Neutron bomb the experts say, I suppose they jumped on the occasion to try their toys on humans.

That's not a nuke... any large enough explosion can form a mushroom cloud. Nukes explode much faster and not in stages like that. Looks more like they hid an underground ammo bunker.

Not as far as i know? Only thing happening is banks limit the amount you can withdraw but thats about it.
