Due to the changes from 2.47 the map is now pretty balanced, at least according to the 762 stats. Of 55 rounds, 26 were won by the Axis and 29 by the Allies. In 2.46 the map was axis biased.

2.5 changelog for Gold Beach 64

  • Added Pak 35 with Stielgranate 41 at Crossroads.
  • Added Panzerschreck pickup kits at Hable de Heurlot, Artillery Observation Post and Mont Fleury.
  • Moved some German soldier spawn points at Hable de Heurlot to more protected areas.

-Replaced Sherman V with Centaur IV. It keeps the same spawn times (2 min after Beachhead is taken)
