Edit: And how you can brake the longest freefall record and speed record in the same time - doesn't make sense...

You expect tanks to blow up in certain situations, however, that is simply not the case anymore. It has nothing to do with bugs, or angle mod or aiming, it is simply a case of the devs changing it. It only seems "absurd" because you are used to the older damage system, since neither of them were realistic or simulation detailed.

So Sherman 76 surviving Stug shot to the back from 2 meters is something as it should be? M10 surviving Tiger frontal shots in the distance <50 m - really, should it be like that?

Hell yeah! With berets for Brits and tank helmets for the Yanks!

And these special caps for Germans of course!!!  8)

This maps needs some major changes. When you play Brits, playing this map becomes really annoying... When you play it, you can easily notice that it was one of the first FH2 maps. Why?
Firstly, the spawnpoints - it's really pain in the ass when you spawn on the open field, just in front of camping German tanks... Some flags needs more facilities (like tents), trenches, where it would be possible to spawn safely.
Secondly, the AT guns are really useless - especially these static ones - often wall block shooting, but tank which is behind this wall can shoot you...
Thirdly, after removing British tanks, most people simply get bored very quickly... After destroying all AT guns, Brits become easy meat for German tanks.

People who still like playing this map, probably they like it when they drive German tanks and spawnrape Brits or use Axis planes (now 3 bombers!!!  :o)...

The crossed flags only indicate that is not possible to convert those flags, but players can still walk there and kill each other. The only areas in FH2 where you arent allowed to be, is inside the ABC area, and there you die after 10seconds from the game.

In this way someone can take Sherman 76mm on St.Lo and easily baserape axis main (this flag where all armor spawn).

I wrote about that in the Feedback forum. It happened also at the beginning of Battle of Keren after admin changed map in the map rotation...

Can you please start to inform yourself a bit better before posting such nonesense. And please forgive me, but this is real nonesense. Mopskind and Musti explained you the details, so please take this at a lesson and learn something from it.

So I wonder how I was shot from the side by M36 when I was in KT... And M36 had special rounds in the previous patch and it was possible... It's rare tank - only on 2 maps as I remember - on Meuse River (where I don't like tanking, becasue you can't flank enemy tanks there) and on Bastogne (where I prefer Axis side), so I could not know it that it was changed...

I know that you live in such funny country like Holland or Belgium where you smoke marihuana on the breakfast, but this what you wrote it total bullshit... Read some books, articles, etc. Butcher has already explained your numbers...

For me it's quite ridiculous that standard Sherman can take out Panzer IV frontally (even without this special rounds), but Panzer IV can't do the same with it... Now even from side it's quite difficult... And where's balance?! Answer is ALLIED BIAS!!!

The armor hasn't get decreased in my POV. The more important thing that got changed is the ammuntion of the 75mm Sherman. It doesn't have normal AP shells anymore. Those were replaced by the stronger APCPC rounds wich have much more power.

Hah, so now Shermans are more powerful than Stugs and Panzer IV...  ::)

Indeed maps like Alam Halfa and other early war (desert) scenarios suffer the most from the reduced damage, as the ammo count on some tanks (like the Semovente) isn't quite enough to be useful for a long time. And the paper British tanks (although some are still bugged because of the weird angles and collision meshes) suffer a lot from not being able to pull off decent flanking kills.

I wonder what British tanks are paper in Africa...  ::) For me, Africa is Allied armor bias... Ah, I remember when I could stood with Panzer IV on Superchange in one place and shoot everything... Somebody managed to shoot me after 40 kills... Now it's impossible...  ::)
