Yeah Thermos is definitely my favorite, second is Gebalte Ladung, any weapon that is so effective but requires thorough preparation (e.g. attaching fuse to the 3 kg Gebalte Ladung) is awesome... the No.74 Sticky bomb is also fun to play with.
Anyway, i vote for Schreck.

My vote goes for the PIAT (PerfectIncredibleAwesomeThing) for being able to one shot King Tigers, for being able to kill people half way across the map because of the amazing ballistics, for being the perfect grass ninja weapon, for having more ammo than other AT weapons, for being the only true Lumberjack Commando weapon ..

Answer: Pistol glitch. Too bad the FH2 devs have made it so hard to do with the silly waiting period, but there is no reason to aim if you don't move your sight ;)

My PIAT version actually got a good score...Exept the girl who was also singing sang the origenal and got a better score >:(

I chose the boys rifle, as I find it is the most satisfying to kill tanks with out of the listed weapons. Still - I want the thermos inside me.

I would have to say though if I don't have the choice of mines it would be the Shrek if I was allied and the piat/Bazooka if axis. Piat and zook are easier to use for killing those pussy allied tanks but for krout armor I like to have a shrek if I can get one.

Thermos is my favorite, but of the listed weapons probably the PIAT just since its projectile seems like it goes a lot faster than the Bazooka or Shreck and is a lot easier to hit tanks with.

Best killer in my oppinion, the PIAT - No smoking gun, most intuitive aim-sight, deadly enough for most tanks, favourite sound effect, idle animation (only one with a unique one for Normandy actually) and reload animation
but for the hell of it, my fav for gameplay will be the sticky bomb - Its just cool to run up to a tank and 'stick-em'

Amazing how shrek has that many votes :o. It's worst weapon on the list imo. I hate both bazooka and shrek, too slow to fire on tight firefight and too easy to track where the shot came from. Also shrek has asshole sized sights so it is even worse that bazooka.
I voted for Boys, 5 rounds magazine, fast to shoot and it cappable to kill enemy infantry far away.

I like it a lot... and when you're a tanker, it is like "no escape" when it already stuck to your vehicle. They'll simply feel helpless. While i notice that even vehicle-driven bots can dodge Bazooka and Schrek rounds.

PanzerFaust is my favorite then the Panzerschreck.
Faust because the kit you seleckt comes with a rifle and almost always kills eny enemy tank in 1 blow, and preaty fast to arm and shoot, even though you have to get close but thats not usualy hard in the normandy enviroment.
The Schreck because it has long range think it even keeps its projektile lane its being fired in before loosing hight longer then the bazooka, and the damage is also almost a 1 shot kill no mater were you hit the enemy tanks unless unlucky.
Iff we cut have hade Thermos nades as a vote i would have picked that for Africa no doubt the best there is love those thing.

comp B sucks against armour, I like using it for suicidal runs against infantry more. i.e. pull the pin and charge to blobs of infantry... it works quite well.

incredible range, quick bolt-action movement (unlike panzerbusche, with that one tanks/trucks will already have gotten out of sight before you can take that second shot). effective as an infantry sniper. and most important of all! it's sneaky! No trail or anything, perfect for the african terrain. jsut hide in a bus, behind a rock or in a crater.
Also, it takes out static guns with one show, only the 88 with 2 shots. in supercharge, one guy is enough to keep the two 88's out for as long as needed while tanks and infantry assault.

I just love those weapons for their utility and pure awesomeness. PIAT is fun to use against tanks - I always imagine how confused and scared enemy tanker must be after getting a hit that took half of his HP and still he can't tell where it came from. Like in a bar fight, punch right in the kisser and pow! his down, silly kraut. Infantry in the horizon? No problemo, me and my spring friend here are gonna take care of them - they won't even know what hit'em. And if you run out of juice there's always the mighty Hi-Power just waiting to drop them gerries.
On sandy dunes of North Africa thermos kit is best chap you can ever meet. Panzer? Throw him some hot tea! Ground troops? Throw them even more! And if that's not enough, boys knows just the answer to your problems especially it those sit in a transport vehicle.
Hell yeah.... erm I mean.... For the Queen!

Yes! But if you was sober you would realize that I was talking about pinching one of those kits from the enemy. ;) I always snag the enemies anti-tank kits if I can because I believe they work better against there own armor.

well i saw some people doing a bloodbath with infantry in PDH 64... with panzerfaust. One shot, five kills !
I have also seen people use it but why? Riflegrenade is better vs inf and you get two of 'em.

I voted for the panzerfaust, because you can deploy it damn fast and it comes with a riffle.

Personally:
Panzerfaust > Bazooka > Panzershreck > PIAT > Boys > Panzerbüchse
Panzerfaust for ease of use, high damage and for its great secondary weapon
Bazooka, long range and good penetration without a shield blocking your sight
Panzershreck has the best penetration (IRL at least) but with little field of view
PIAT, haven't gotten to use it that much, all I know is that it's slow to set up and has a tricky firing arch
Boys rifle, this is simply a choice between a douche and a turd sandwich, at least its ROF is fast
Panzerbüchse is slow, cumbersome, with low or no penetration at all but it does have a cool animation

OK, but still my point stands. The poll is about "anti-tank weapons", not about "kits with anti-tank weapons". Is the K98 an anti-tank weapon? No, so it should be excluded from argument.

A little hard to do as people already voted for Faust because of the rifle. I'm curious: would they still have voted for it if it was explicitly only about the Panzerfaust and not about the entire kit?

Either way, the Panzerfaust is better because it is easily carried, and can be carried with a rifle. I think that since this is part of what makes it good, you can go by this.

i think the worst is the bazooka. Cant hit anything with it it seems. Always ends up low or high. Very rare hits. The Shrek I can do decent, even "no scope" shots many times. Seems to go much straighter. The piat? I can pick off infantry at range with it. The faust, well that one is easy to use First make sure you can whack the tank with your dick, then shoot it. Any further away and it misses. But the bazooka ... Killed more trees and shrubs with it than any armor.

In the begin, nobody could use the piat, but now, i can kill Tanks at twice the maximum range!(Best shot was i think 150M)

yes, and it's less possible to do "suicide runs" with riflegrenade because it takes a few seconds to fire.

The Schrek aiming reference without looking down the sights is the left top corner of the blast shield. Just aim roughly there and make a quick shot, you'll hit the tank.
The Bazooka, it seems that the aim is a bit off center at normal distance, we should aim a bit left, next to the target.

You can hit tanks which are quite far away with it too, just aim real high. Lately I have been doing that so often, that I overshot some tanks which were at normal distance ;D

Well when you can nail things much higher than the 100m hole in the PIAT, getting a successful faust kill seems like you have to be right next to the thing.

Good morning / afternoon or evening, my dear foreign friends. As a Russian Forgotten Soldier with very small experience I want to ask you about some thing. I am a very bad tank-man. Each tank, which I taken burned by enemy every time. Some time ago I played in ORIGINAL BF2. And in it me and my friends knows about points on the tanks – where we will shoot and after that enemy tanks burns (by 1 shoot only). And then I comes from BF2 to FH2 it was difficult for me. I didn’t know how can I burn enemy tank (Panther and Tiger) by my weapon. Maybe you will help me a little? Do you know some weak points on that types of tanks? Where shell I shoot by PIAT, AT cannon or simply by SHERMAN with purpose to burn enemy “CAT-TANK” by 1 shot? If it possible – please – in your posts place the pictures with that places, because (as you see) my English is not so well!
