its a good model but its in no way optimized to be ingame :P , first dont model the tracks , then dont put to much detail in thinks that are not important (fuel tank has like 300 useless polys xD) then dont make the barrel that high detailed , maybe a cylindre of 12 is enough . last weld all the vertex to the main body if possible , you will save a lot of z-figth problems hehe.

Most Of My stuff comes from mini mods i work with for ArmA and ArmA II, so like i said bare with me.. i aint use to working with this so called "limits" lol whats the base polys? how many can you have?

bf2 tanks have around 8000 triangles , PR ones hace 10000 or 11000 , FH2 i htink are in between . do not go oever 10000 triangles , its not recomended  and fora that model i dont think tou would need more than 7000

LOL PR's tanks have 11,000.  Big fan of PR and all but they lack the artistic flare of FH.
