Btw the inside is crappy atm.. till i get some cockpit pictures off the internet.. and idk how im going to do the actual inside because pollys gonna rise quite abit.. but im working on it right now so yeah..

The detailed cockpit is modeled separately from the plane, AFAIK.

By Cockpit theres like 3 of them??? You have the Front Gun. The Ball turret in the back. than the two side guns? plus the bomb bay manager? i was thinking of because it has so many parts.. The pilot/bombs dont go together just have the 2nd seat person control the bombs.. while the driver still controls the guns, just for more a realistic part.. plus its almost like a heavy bomber so it makes sense..

Also im not use to the Bf2 Modeling system.. stuff like GTA4 and FSX were you model, and you model the WHOLE thing at once.. not cockpit and 3rd person view are diffrent.. so inlighten me?

IIRC the gunsight for the FH tanks are actually models fit infront of the players view (very unsure of this)

When i worked for BGF (dead) we made interior for drivers view on tanks, and those where seperate models.

who knows, maybe toddels comes along and drop you a hint? ;)

For aircraft there's:

Geom1 - Inside model
For this you'll only need the poly's the players can see while inside the plane.

Geom2 - Outside model
This is what everyone sees when not inside the plane (also includes F11 view). No reason to have the cockpit super-detailed for this.

Geom 3 - Wreck model.
When it goes boom this model is loaded.

Then you have the 3-4 Lod models per geom.

Looks nice, the B-25 was one of my favorite bombers of WW2.  :)

Around 12 models.

:)

Geom0
- Lod0
 - - Inside model (all cockpits)
Geom1
- Lod0
 - - Outside model detailed (main model you're making now)
- Lod1
 - - Outside model less detailed (if the object is >100m away)
- Lod2
 - - Outside model low detail (if the object is >200m away)
Geom2
- Lod0
 - - Wreck model detailed (main model you're making now)
- Lod1
 - - Wreck model less detailed (if the object is >100m away)
- Lod2
 - - Wreck model low detail (if the object is >200m away)

You can also create an even lower quality Lod3, which I think your model needs cause it's pretty detailed and big.

Then you'll also need four collision models for the Main model & wreck model.
Col0 = collisions with bullets
Col1 = collisions with people
Col2 = collisions with other objects
Col4 = collisions with bots

Then you'll also need to separate all the moving objects into the proper hierarchy and name them correctly.

Making the model is about 1/4th of the workload ;)

So you have the
CockPit: 1st Chair 2nd Chair; F1,F2
RearGun: 3rd Chair; F3
FrontGun: 4th Chair; F4
TopGun/Ballturret: 5th Chair; F5
R SideGun: 6th Chair; F6
L SideGun: 7th Chair; F7
ExtraSeat: 8th Chair: F8

And This = 8 Meshes?
Than you need 3 LOD's ?
And This = 11?

Such a big project for a new guy.. lmao, is it really worth all my brain power?
But im confused You say one model for the inside? so if you make a model for the inside and lets say its like so..

So are you gonna see the first one? or hows it work! im SOO CONFUSED cause the 1st one is my "inside" and the 2nd one is my "outside" but in game do you see both like the 2nd one?

Well for starters, that's not the A version.  What you have there can be made either into the G/H or J version.  H would have all the guns you currently have on it as well as a 75mm cannon in the nose, plus a row of 4 50cals (or only 2 for the G) above it in the nose, whilst the J would have a glass canopy nose with a single MG on it.  Here's some stats:
