Widescreen, FH compatibility and 128 bots patch v2

I had that before my laptop got problems and I lost it, mirror isn't available. I loved playing good old FH with 128 bots.

In case someone has this, I'd appreciate a reupload. Grazie.

Quick question: Is FH1 worth installing BF1942 again? I mean, it takes ages with all those four CDs

It's faster than downloading from Origin, so yeah!

Origin can't even install ME3 on drive E:. I would not expect anything from it. I meant more like, is it still enjoyable to play? I mean, BF1942 was fun with all it's content but certain mechanics seem to have aged a little and I remember the bots shooting you down in your plane with their tank MG before you were even in range to drop your bombs onto them. The weapons were really strong and accurate (as far as I remember).

Infantry gameplay is a little awkward because of its age (and lack of a sprint button, ironsights etc.) but tank and plane gameplay  (and ships! Don't forget ships!) is better than in the current FH 2 ().

Also, give FHSW a shot, I bet everyone dreamed of owning in a Maus or flying the Ohka kamikaze rocket, now you can! Plus they made ironsights and weapon reload animations for lots of stuff. And tanks are less accurate in FHSW so it's more enjoyable (less chance of getting owned instantly xD)... But the downside is that there is no SP supported currently...

So, online servers are basically nonexistent either or filled with uberpros? Last time I played BF:V, I got owned at spawn instantly. There are players who know every corner of the map and every weapon character so they can instantly kill you on nearly every distance in there

Yeah, kind of, but the beauty of most FH maps is that you can surprise the enemy in a lot of ways with some creative out-of-the box thinking.
