2012
Great CGI and special effects.
Loved some of the conceptual design in the film.
7-8/10

I was forced by peer pressure to watch this abomination.
It is riddled with design flaws and illogical sequences. Oh and it has expositions everywhere you look.
Well at least the pope gets squashed and the white house is trashed by an aircraft carrier (oh the irony...)
Product placement was fairly ok for an action movie, but Roland is an asshole when it comes to stereotypes and killing off the only good actors...
Gravity is a habit that is hard to shake off

Saw a Finnish psychological horror movie called Sauna from 2008.

Quote from: IMDB.com
Sauna is an impressive experience, solid in just about every department. Extremely strong lead, nice and fitting visuals, great soundtrack and intriguing storyline. And if you won't miss the climaxes, this will be exactly your thing. A recommendation for all fans of European horror out there. Just don't be expecting guts and gore, Sauna plays at atmosphere, grit and travels through the darker parts of the human mind.

8/10
It's not for everyone, but I'm glad I watched it.

Last night me and some buddies watched Mission Impossible III

Second time around and I'm still enjoying this flick very much. It's like one big "We're sorry for MI:2 we know it sucked here is 2 hours of first class action!"

And I love it, action, thrills and high adventure.

A strong 7 out of 10

I recorded Mission Impossible 1 last week, couldn't make head nor tail of it, he's the bad guy? ah he's the badguy? wait, he's the good guy now..errr, maybe I  didn't pay enough attention to it  :-\

But I'm glad I  recorded 'Lucky number S7evin'.
Really enjoyed it, Bruce Willis, Ben Kingsley, Morgan Freeman and some other unkown actor playing the lead role, hoho and Lucy Liu! But she dies, or she doesn't or she does, doh, hmmm. Lots of plot twists, lot's of shooting with silencers and blood splatting about the place. It's a great revenge movie... 8/10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKTo2nzYpic

Watched the Legend of Chu Li... don't watch it.  It was awful, I mean really awful.

Can't remember if I reviewed Outlander here, but that was reasonable, strange story, DooM meets LOtR.
6/10
--------

Angels & demons, like the book it was potentially something that could have been so much better with the subject matter, but the film tries desperately to skip over the moral issues of "is the church dying" and goes more with the half cut historical BS as a plot line to solve a murder.  They should have made deception point, it would have made a much better movie.

HadrianBT - Why the hell would "Germany" attack pigmy ppl??!!
Thorondor123 - I agree that people are not wearing enough hats

Max Manus
- Watched this Norwegian goldie again, been awhile. Still, very enjoyable!

A movie about the Norwegian resistance during the Germany occupation.

No Country for old men
- Also a new re-watch. Best movie of 2007? I think that's There will be blood. But, still a very good movie.

Just finished the 2nd season of Mad Men

I'm still saying it's no way near The Sopranos but still, a very good show.

The last episodes and the finale was great. A society in change, Cuban missile crisis and all that.

Time to start off with Season 3

It was either New Moon with Girlfriend or Nefes with a load of Friends.. I honestly dont facking remember...

New Moon.. Eh it was facking Depressing and Robert Pattinsons head is too huge and Jacobs hair is too long ffs... And that Bella bitch studders too much ffs.

Nefes was facking weird... How does 2 Platoon's of Turkish Commando's get wiped out by some fucking ragheads with a Kalashnikov.. And wtf the Commander is litterally playing around and calling out the Enemy. BUT very emotional and over all good movie.
Epilepsy is bad.

Blood in, Blood out (also known as Bound by Honor)
- A sweet 90's classic. Bad acting and corny story all around but still kinda charming in my book.

It was his girlfriend... i think the majority of girls today are like that. Forcing her boys to do awful things such as watching that flick. The movie simply lost in the mind of every self-proclaiming alpha-males... the chic isn't hot enough, but the boys (both Robert and Jacobs) sure make chicks and gays moist.
