Just Curious, witch one of you guys is Sex-bomb?
[QPS]Sex_Bomb most likely.

So it is you?

Yea it's me.

Quite new to the game.  Never been a pilot in FH2 but really enjoyed WT experience so far.  I mostly play in AB mode with a force feedback joystick + rudder pedals.   That can explains why my ingame stats are very far from good.  Anyway, i'm learning quite fast (almost reached a kill/death ratio of 1 per round).  Imho, controlling the plane with a joystick is way more satisfying/immersive than with mouse.  It just needs   little more flight physics understanding and six sense.    See you in the sky.   ;D

Even the new content (maps) aren´t as enjoyable as the old ones. Never got warm with Keren, Sidi Bou Zid (Whatever it´s called - Tiger raping) and even St. Vith. While St. Vith is an excellent map, it´s only half as fun as Operation Cobra etc. because it lacks proper engineer kits.

It's funny, because those new maps are some of my favourites.   Tigers were raping Americans in Tunisia, which is historically accurate.   Whatever, Sidi Bou Zid is well balanced imho.  Keren is so cool, filled with Italian stuff that isn't available in most maps.  My only mixed emotion is for St.Vith, which push mode could be reworked to ease axis progression little bit.

-Totally agree with suggestions #1 (reloading) and #3 (repairing)
-Suggestions #2 (spawning) introduce a concept of  in-game balancing that is not used currently.  Why this feature should only affect planes?  Imho, the 2 others solutions alone are enough to stop the plane raping we all experiencing (except pilots) on Cobra & Totatlize.

nice work!
Maybe at that flying speed, I could finally be a pilot.     ;D

Good job. My only complain would be that your video shows only inf combat (except the tractor and bicycle part) and no tanks or any heavy weaponry goodies which make the mod so unique.  Other than that, thumbs up.

I really miss that map.  Hope it will come back in future release.

I don't have time to write an extended review, but so far, I really like what I see from the game.  Maybe the gun load is not 100% accurate, but the general mood of the game (graphics, sounds, vegetation, etc.) feels way more realistic than RO1/DH or FH2.  I played almost all ww2 fps (retail games and mods) and I think tripwire should not be ashamed about what they produced.   U can be disappointed the game is not exactly what u expected, but being disgusted is a bit overreacted imho.

Update : This is funny to see how Goljattii and Pascucci dislike the game for opposite reasons.

As long as they fix the tanks, I can agree with 2.46. I don't even need the Eastern front that soon :P

When u talk about fixing tanks, do you mean the penetration bug?  Imho, worst than that, it's the inability of some tanks to start moving forward when facing any kind of elevation.  It feels so wrong.    :-\

As I said, I totally agree with the intention behind the rule.

But like Harmonikater, I find the argument about "giving newcomers a chance to get a resource" far stretched.  Noobs don't know where resources are spawning and most of them can't make difference between individual tank and plane models.  They are way more likely to get hands on a resource when it spawn right in front of them than waiting in a line they cannot figure that exist.  They are also more likely to misunderstand the rule and be frustrated by it.

Now, I think that between experienced players, the rule gives everybody a chance to get a particular tank or plane in a given round, which is a "good/fair" thing.

So I can life with the consequences. That we can only enforce this rule, when an admin is witnessing it is the most stupid bs I had to read for a long time.

This is a proof you don't read your posts before submitting them.

P.S. I'm not admin, but i can also be rude.

My point is that this particular rule is, imho, subject to different interpretations and so difficult to enforce for admins that it shouldn't exist.   It can only be enforced if an admin is a direct witness of events if not when he's the victim.   You can't expect all players to read, understand and follow a long list of complex server rules explained only in the community forum.    I fully understand the good intention behind this particular rule, but imho, it lead to many frustrations and cat fights and do more harm than good.

You are the first person who needs to have added  "there is only one line for each asset".

Heu no... i was also wondering the details of the rule.  I'm sure we (Smooth and I) are not alone.

As example, last sunday, someone (i don't recall the name, but he wasn't smooth) tk me because I was about to take the "Vickers Light Tank Mk. VI B" in Bardia allies main.  When i asked why he tk me, he argued that he was waiting for a tank longer than me.  Actually, he was more than 30m away from where the coveted tank spawned (in fact, he was around the "Carro Armato M13/40" spawn area).   That guy (even if his behaviour was not appropriate) was clearly thinking i was about to breaks the "wait in line" rule.

P.S.
I don't want to discuss that player behaviour here. That's not my point.

Is it only me, but all document images are weirdly stretched and not displayed into native pixel ratio?

With the new russian BM-13 being released theres alot of buzz about mobile artillery and how its hard to use in game.  I would like to suggest making the gunner and driver the same person.  Lets face it unless your in a tourney or just get really lucky, ur not gonna find someone to just drive you around while you have all the fun.  This would be better since you wouldn't have to swith between seats trying to get lined up.  Most of the time I miss a target time period cuz I can't get moved in time  :(.  What do you guys think?

+1

The perfect example is the Wespe vs Hanomag Stuka Zu Fuss gameplay.  Former where driver act also as gunner, is way more natural than the later with separated seats.
