Sticky Bombs

Now this is just a small suggestion but is there a possible way to make sticky bombs occasionally stick to your hand and you're not able to throw it? I heard it happened in real life so I thought it would be an interesting thing to add in.

How bout panzerfausts exploding in your face?As war progressed, panzerfausts became less and less reliable.

At least 10% of all panzerfausts should explode in ur face imo then

Just something different, not really any use for it, plus if they could make panzerfaust explode than that would be fine as well

Just if you run with the grenade with the pill pulled, the british sticky grenade got a bad reputation because it was recommended placing the grenade and not throwing it; if not the grenade could stick to your uniform, and well lets say its not a good way to go

So some sort of weapon malfunction, as most Project Reality players would say "Hardcoded", since the game engine doesn't support this kind of feature in anyway.

it may be realistic, but highly useless in a game. lets just asume all weapons here are correctly made, if you want something like this implemented you could go on for ever.

for example in late war productions, many slave workers where put to use in the arms industrie of germany, as a result tanks like the Panther and Tiger broke down more often because workers damaged engine parts or maked sure that sprockets where too thin and broke off.

same with shells for guns ect, planes parts.

and besides, its a game, i dont want to get blown up half the time i want to take out a tank with a panzerfaust or another at weapon. it would get realy annoying.

This is one of those ideas that seems good on paper, but in practice would probably be terrible. It's akin to adding weapon jamming; it could happen in real life, but it would just frustrate people in game.

Not to mention it seems like a waste of effort to implement something like this when there are so many other practical things that could be done .

Yep.

During a testing in france, they found out that 2/3 of all panthers had cracked armor. Simply because of the bad quality of the armor, its welds and such
