Beautiful maps are easy, are they fun and balanced is the question. And from what I've seen so far that seems to be the case with the possible exception of Ramelle. But that one can't really be decided so early.

Well , this is different cake then the older FH2 maps , we all need to get used to it , but the maps ... i think they are well balanced and fun. Very fun. Good teamwork is what you need to get those damned flags ;D

Too many things to like. Too many to simply pick one and say this is the best! It is a collective experience! A unique one I must also say!

Why I love the new patch?

Mainly because this dude on a server late, late last night came up on me with a MG42 and he sees me.

You know the n00b drill right?

1) PROOOONE!
2) SPRAAAAAY! (With you weapon, in this case a MG42

He did that and when he was done I gave him a piece of my mind with a little help from my Colt 1911

Never gotten the whole prone-deviation bit, but I guess I'm glad it's gone. My first run on a new level yesterday was Brest and I ended up top scorer for the allies with 70+ points. That's been a while.... :)

But after playing a couple of rounds on only the new levels yesterday I vote for Brest as the new best thing.

Don't know what exactly they did to the BAR but I don't like it. Something's just off, but maybe I have to get used to it. Same with the Garand.

St Lo  Hill 108, what a great flag to attack/defend, it could be a map on it's own that area!  8)

Is it just me or do the ragdolls fall down more realistically when being shot?
I haven´t observed any odd flying or twitching ragdolls so far and I think I read something like this in the changelog.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere,

Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall,
and not a soul to hear.

It's a great patch, I like the Wasp 8)

One thing I do not get though, is this so-called new knife system, can anyone explain it? Is there anything on it in the manual/changelog? Only thing I've noticed is that I can't stab shit anymore  :o ;D

St.Lo is perfect in its Layout for combined infantry and tank assaults. The ways are not too long for running on foot with enough realistic placed cover and there are not too much vehicles so most people play as Infantry instead of waiting for vehicles. There are no main Infantry fighting areas like in goodwood, lüttich and cobra so defense and attack does vary all over the map.

Also I just played in a round of Ramelle were the allied nearly won after pushing the axis back over the bridge.

Love the back-and-forth action over the bridge, once we pushed Allies back to the clearing and then they counter-attacked our asses back over the bridge in the blink of an eye :D

I'm very excited about both the wasp universal carrier as well as the rear MG on the Hanomag.

I usually imagine my own sounds with it, like `tjunk, tupdieyupdiedee` aaa enemy spotted, ratatatataboom

It got a wider angle?
