this is a max view range of warsaw.

M30 shot shell projectile disappear at 116.25m.
("velocity 775" x "timeToLive 0.15" = 116.25)

M30 shot shell damage at 100-116.25m,
head 24
body 8
legs/arms 5.6
(1 projecitle. M30shotgun is generate 8 projectiles. The soldiers HP is 100.)

Seem to be difficult to kill, but not impossible.
so, I think you were pretty unlucky.

every map is a very good for me.
but I want that activate WaW pickup kits.

if your word is right, all other tanks reticle is wrong(does not include jagdpanzerIV, m26_pershing).
I checked all vehicles reticle.

jagdpanzeriv,  jagdpanzeriv_win, m26_pershing reticle is not in center too.

ObjectTemplate.replaceItem WaltherP38

....but I'm not sure about it. 

or add bhipo/bhipo-i3 kit.

Why shouldn't it be 1s1k for Zooka?

StugIV is really akin to StugIII, scale, weight, thickness of armor.
Therefore, I think the same HP is proper.
