Aye. I would only resort to mods when i am absolutly bored of the game

I always prefer to add mods so more content its added, not the atmosphere or the plot line its affected in anyway, just like that mod of Fallout 3 where you could drive motorcycles.

I like mods until they fit in the game (no new shiny non-scrached guns on the wasteland, cant be overpowered etc.)
I also like mods that add something from classic fallouts (Pipe rifle, Desert Eagle, energy weapons, Colt 6520)
otherwise i don't use them

I can't play bethesda games without mods. Too many annoyances and bugs.

good:) Because Fallout New Vegas is not bethesda .
So no needs for mods then  ;D

I almost finished every stuff of the mainquest, and the major side quest. Now I'm looking for all other stuff. Anyone yet started the Victory (or whats her name) at outpost 188, sidequest??

Too bad I have plans to mod it ;D
(balanced ww2 weaps, a faction based around the ww2 era for random encounters, a war-time radio... I like WW2 too much)

But even then, I'll make sure to finish the game at least once or twice before starting using mods, even if they're my own.

Now that's what I call ambitious. Won't you care to apply to the FH2 dev team? ^^

It is Bethesda's engine. If you can't finish companion quests because they are bugged or have to use a enormous PC unfriendly HUD made for console gamers you can't tell me I don't need mods. The additional weapons, graphics and gameplay tweaks are just a bonus.

I'm only as much of a modder as the next guy, I really don't know how to model or texture so I use what I can as resource, in this case, porting over a few models from mods found for Fallout 3 (20th Century Weapons, WW2 Uniforms).

Albeit, for the War-Time Radio idea I did have in mind getting the loadscreen songs from the FH2 mod :P

EDIT: not to mention ideas, I always seem to be full of them, depending on what it's for.

FNV contains so much content you can await the modding a bit.

Arrgh I have to resort to the console commands. I have finished the quest in which you power on Archimedes II before getting my hands on the Euclid's C-Finder. Now it won't charge the damn thing.

On a positive note I did murder everyone in the Legion's fort  ;D

Currently at Novac w/ ED-E.

and that's probably the only two things I'll ever use mod in until I finish the game. twice.

Maybe then I'll look into actually making them show up and what not. oh and more of. oh and my backpack is a disgrace atm, there's too much stuff in the wasteland ;D
