Imagine what will happen if those ships run into eachother or get too close to the shore...

Well I do not have to imagine this, for WaW has already implemented ships, subs, torpedoes, depth charges, etc for a few FH2 campaigns without any major problems.

 

Never played that campaign, just saw videos. The effects vere incompatible, and only 8 seats on a warship?  not nice. But I have fiddled with a submarine. You can go as deep as you can and if you leave the sub underwater, you cant use it anymore because neither you can get down there, nor it floats back up to the surface of the sea. Plus, underwater looks bad.

Love the finnish! The old FH1 winter war maps were really awesome and similar to Keren and the Italian forces you can only playin Forgotten Hope. That why I am here!

A question, though.
Are we going to get the Lahti L-39 "Norsupyssy" for the Finnish? It would be so awesome. Even more so if we could have it portable like the other ATRs. I know it's friggin' heavy. Even would make Arnie sweat. But you know, we could always rationalise it by saying, making it hand carried is for simulating towing, pushing, short-time superman sprint like relocation etc.
Nah, I'm just a fanboy, but really, it would be awesome. (or we could have it as a spawnable kit. Like the tripod mgs, but it wouldn't be as cool as to have hand anims and a 1p model for it.) --

Just a reminder for everyone that it was a fairly common weapon by ca. '43 which the update apparently indicates for the timeframe.

But I'm hyped definately. The Eastern and Finnish Fronts are the most interesting subjects of ww2 for me, and FH2 is one of my favorite games. I don't say this often but this is SO. MUCH. WIN.
