So I decided to make some art out of FH2 and take a picture of a Tiger and what not, seeing as how the tiger isn't on any SP maps I dont think atm. Could somebody paste the 2 console commands to remove hud and to remove the "1 more player needed to start" on a LAN game?

Off-Topic / Post-ww2 myth
« on: 24-04-2010, 20:04:20 »
So I read something awhile back that after the war, the U.S. government sold off excess planes for roughly 5 cents or 5 dollars but could be missing some parts. Is there any truth to that?

Off-Topic / Graphics Card, Crysis on MAX settings
« on: 20-04-2010, 04:04:45 »
So, you've clicked on this thread. God help thy soul.  I have my semi-super computer at home (quad core jesus powers but the only thing lacking would have to be an insane graphics card)  and downloaded crysis off of steam on sunday. Great game, totally looking forward to the traction wars mod, and I've found that Crysis looks sexy even on medium settings! My Question to you, a forum of WW2 computer super educated social elite, would have to be: What graphics card could I get to make my computer run Crysis (and eventually Crysis 2 this novmeber-ish!) on high settings?

Suggestions / Altimeter
« on: 20-04-2010, 02:04:45 »
Would it be possible to add some sort of altimeter to planes? It would be nice knowing how high my J-3 cub is above the clouds scouting or how low my stuka is getting while bombing.

Quote
The impetus for the development of the PPSh came partly from the Winter War against Finland, where it was found that submachine guns were a highly effective tool for close-quarter fighting in forests or built-up urban areas. The weapon was developed in mid-1941 and was produced in a network of factories in Moscow, with high-level local Party members made directly responsible for production targets being met.

A few hundred weapons were produced in November 1941 and another 155,000 were produced over the next five months. By spring 1942, the PPSh factories were producing roughly 3,000 units a day.[3] The PPSh-41 was a classic example of a design adapted for mass production (other examples of such wartime design were the M3 submachine gun, MP40 and the Sten). Its parts (excluding the barrel) could be produced by a relatively unskilled workforce with simple equipment available in an auto repair garage or tin shop, freeing up more skilled workers for other tasks. The PPSh-41 used 87 components compared to 95 for the PPD-40 and the PPSh could be manufactured with 7.3 machining hours compared with 13.7 hours for the PPD.[4]

In the field, the PPSh was a durable, low-maintenance weapon that could fire 900 rounds/min. The weapon had a crude compensator to lessen muzzle climb and a hinged receiver which facilitated field-stripping and cleaning the bore in battle conditions.

Over 6 million of these weapons were produced by the end of the war. The Soviets would often equip whole regiments and even entire divisions with the weapon, giving them unmatched short-range firepower. Though 35-round curved box magazines were available from 1942, the average infantryman would keep a higher-capacity, 71 round, drum magazine as the initial load.[2] The PPSh-41 drum magazine was a copy of the Finnish M31 Suomi magazine which held 71 rounds, but in practice, misfeeding of the spring was likely to occur with more than 65 or so cartridges.[5] The standard load was probably one drum and a number of box magazines, when box magazines were available.

The Mighty PPSH-41 OF GLORIOUS MOTHER RUSSIA in airsoft form is produced by Hexagon Productions.

The Externals are All REAL Wood and STEL parts. Meaning the stock is real and that the barrel and other metal parts are steel.

Internals are a JG Hopup unit and a JG barrel, both from MK36c models, the Gearbox is a Version 7 M14 gear box. The gearbox is upgraded with Steel Bushings, a High Precision Aluminum cynlinder Head, and an O-ring sealed nozzle. All parts are easy to upgrade even further and the outof thebox FPS is 350, Version for Japan and the UK under 1 joule are available.

The gun comes with anm 8.4V battery, Gun itself, a hi-cap drum magazine, and a soviet style sling. The gun can take a 11.1V battery though.

How much do you wonder this GLORIOUS RUSSIAN WEAPON that is as durable as a bear made of kalashkinovs, beautiful as a bear made of women, and as shiny as a chromed bear? $280, to $300!

I have found through studying and pondering the human mind that the average human is ruled not by logic, but by emotions. Those considering themselves "smart" only seem to memorize lessons or read books and boast about their "achievements", it is as though they are animals not thinking realistically about things. Only seeming capable of reiterating things they have been told. Like a recoreder, doing only its function and nothing else. I feel as though my mind has been born into bondage, not a prison that I an touch or feel but one of mental state. Concerning the politics of the planet, it is pitiful. I find the political parties of the world close to that of tribes of animals. Communism against democracy, like that of rival gangs, constantly chipping away at each other by both killing and denouncing each other. Cannot man do as he wants? Instead we are conscripted into a fighting force, made to kill each other for a government we are informed of, but will never see. We have essentially been imprisioned. We call ourselves dominant over "animals" and other life forms and yet the only advantage we have is mental capability and opposable thumbs in most cases.

Opinions? I know ts not really formatted well but I copy and pasted it from wordpad, a friend wanted to read it on aim.

Modding / Need help with Coding!
« on: 20-03-2010, 05:03:21 »
A few months back, I started to fiddle with vBF2's weapons codes. Things turned to other things and soon I was creating sniper rifles that had hundred round mags and could blow up cars in .001 of a second. but things came up and my exploration into such a mysterious land ended. I continued to think about it and now hear I am. All I can do is code velocity and weapons damage, only the basic things.

I want to know if somebody could teach me or post a link to a tutorial of some sort, anything will help

« on: 19-03-2010, 02:03:43 »
While listening to some Buckethead - Brewer in the Air, my headphones suddenly died. Unfortunately for me, these same headphones also had the mic on them that I use for talking to clanmates/pubbys!  My question is, can you guys name a few mic/headphone brands or models that you would reccomend?

Since several forum members have Bad Company 2 for 360, I figure why not add each other? So anyways, my gamertag (360) is: Spitaghee

Feel free to add gamertags for PS3 or 360
